PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This program provides students with overall knowledge of aeronautics and space fundamentals, as viewed from a European perspective. It also combines classroom lectures with technical visits to industrial aerospace and historical sites in various French locations, including the Paris Airshow(every other summer). 

COURSES

 400-level AERO: Aerospace Engineering Modules (6 credits)

  • Air Transport Economics and Aviation Safety 
  • Aircraft Architecture & Structure Analysis
  • Internal Aerodynamics of Propulsion Systems
  • Fundamentals of Combustion & Detonation 
  • French Culture+ Language(basic “survival” French)
