Sarah Meer

International Programs Coordinator/Advisor

As an International Programs Coordinator/Advisor, Sarah assists students with identifying and preparing for overseas study and research opportunities. 

Sarah earned her B.A. from Marian University in 2020 with a dual degree in English and Spanish, and she completed her M.A. in Higher Education at the University of Michigan in 2022. Prior to joining the U-M community, Sarah worked as a bilingual operations assistant at a K-12 school in Indianapolis. At the University of Michigan, she has also held roles in the LSA Opportunity Hub and the Office of New Student Programs, supporting career development and leadership opportunities for students.

Sarah first traveled abroad for a semester study-abroad program to Granada, Spain as an undergraduate. This experience sparked an interest in international education and language learning. Sarah is excited to work with engineering students to discover, plan, and take part in educational experiences abroad.
